I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up for a free class at Barre Forte... I'm happy to say that I loved it (and quickly signed up for more)! I run my own business and also have teenagers at home, plus grown children and grand children so it feels like I never have enough time to do things just for me -- but I felt so great after each class at Barre Forte that I managed to make time for five classes in two weeks. I love every experience I have at Barre Forte! The instructors are all amazing. They are so accommodating and kind. This is my favorite place to take barre classes. It provides a great workout and helps keep me toned! 10/10 recommend!
The bounce class was amazing! The trainer was great and kept us all motivated. Some of the most fun I have ever had exercising.
