Not worth any stars. This place is terrible. They like to cancel and reschedule your appointment. You thought you go to the doctor to get the treatment you want but they just send you home without the treatment you needed and still charge you.
Several bad experiences with the practice. The Residents never return portal messages and are difficult to deal with. I informed the practice that I would be starting prior to moving to Barre, the practice had no problem with that. I also informed them that due to my disability I might need to cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Unheard, Disrespected and Bullied by my PCP. The first appointment I had was good. That is after being without meds for about 3 months because they could not stop changing what Connector Care plans they would take. Now after about 8 months of being under their "care" I am leaving. The PCP they put me with only wants what SHE wants and is "comfortable with" and not what the patient wants or needs.
