I enjoyed two classes here while in town visiting family. Everyone is so friendly, the studio is clean, and the classes will kick your butt in the best way possible. I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Wisconsin.

This is such a great place to work out. The people there are super nice and a variety of classes are offered. It is a nice low impact work out, but you can see and feel the results.

Stopped in this morning for some Thai bodywork and had an amazing experience. Tori was very friendly and nothing but professional. She listened to my concerns, and therapeutically worked through those items. I would recommend Thai bodywork to anyone looking to work through tension and flexibility within their body. Came out of the session feeling taller and incredibly relaxed.

I feel bad for businesses during the pandemic, but I will not be returning to BDNB any time soon. The only instructor that actually made you feel like you were working out and that was knowledgeable in fitness and muscle groups isn't there anymore.

If you want a fun new way to mix up your workout routine, then Barre is your answer! Low impact, strength building classes with fun instructors and an amazing, uplifting atmosphere. It's the best!
