It’s such an amazing atmosphere at Barre3 ! I leave with such a good workout and feeling confident in myself!
A friend and I did the barre3 Signature 60 class tonight with Giavana and it was amazing. Such a nice mix of light cardio, focused & strength based movements and intentional stretching/breathing. Gia was great about proper form and was also super energetic and easy to understand. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a full body workout. It doesn't hurt that the studio is clean & beautiful too!
LaurRen was amazing!! So helpful and corrected form but nicely and wasn’t embarrassed at all, felt super welcome and she is incredible !!!!!
Barre3 is a great workout. The teachers are so helpful and give a lot of options.
