Try my first class and absolutely loved it. Very clean space, great energy from the instructors, and a great workout! Signed up for a two week pass. Highly recommend giving this place a try. First class is free!
Barre 3 has made me feel so strong. I feel like I'm aging backwards in a way. The exercises are designed to not only strengthen our entire bodies, but also combines appropriate warm up, cool down and stretches to ensure I walk away from a session feeling better than I felt when I entered. Before I started with this studio I worked out at other Barre facilities. This one truly gives me the best return.
