Such a fun class!
Barre Central is my favorite place for barre workouts! Each workout is challenging and fun and never ever the same. You will be sore from your head to your toes! You can also try out a variety of cardio and strength training classes all in this in-home studio.
Barre Central is everything I've been looking for in a fitness studio. While the Barre classes are the most fun and challenging barre classes I've ever taken, what I love even more is that there are a great variety of classes...from bounce to circuits to TRX to kickboxing. The instructors are awesome and the music is pumping so that I don't have to think too much about the pain I'm in! ;) If you are looking for an awesome workout in a supportive atmosphere look no further!
The classes are fun, challenging, and ever changing to keep you wanting more! The instructors are super supportive and kind! Love, love, love Bounce+Barre class! Megan is always doing fun themes and challenges to keep members engaged!!
