This is the first Barre workout I've done and loved it! With a history of knee injuries, the instructors were great at adapting exercises, and it has been great physical therapy due to the strengthening it provides. The owner and staff are wonderful!
This is one of my favorite workout places in pacific beach. The instructors are great and every class is different and challenging. I have yet to attend a class that did not make me sore the next day, and that’s saying a lot because I work out and run pretty regularly. I love classes like this where I can see results and muscle tone really quickly. Also, I don’t have to go every single day to see results! It is also very clean with lots of space. This is my new go-to studio. Highly recommend
