Absolutely love Barre Belle. I am always motivated to get to classes and love the way my body is transforming - leaner, stronger, better posture, better sleep, and feeling more confident. The instructors really encouraging.
I’ve only taken one class but it was amazing, a real full body workout. The studio itself is beautiful, and the staff were all so lovely!
I LOVE this studio for so many different reasons. I've had mixed experiences at other boutique studios, which I find can get clique-y, but this studio is bright, cheery and welcoming. Lea and Alex are so sweet and inviting, and the rest of the staff are ultra friendly. The workouts themselves are challenging, and I leave every class drenched in sweat. I've been going here for ~6 months and I am way stronger and more confident in my physical ability. I'm so sold!
Barre Belle is my favourite fitness studios in Toronto. From the moment you walk in you can feel the great vibe, great space and amazing instructors. There is a variety of classes to choose from. The instructors are dedicated, knowledgeable and are passionate about their practice. They share these specialties in unique and powerful ways in each class they teach. As soon as I leave, I am planning my next visit. Honestly I love it and can't see myself practising Barre anywhere else.
