Very disappointed as a Marine Veteran of 8 years, my brother a veteran of 24 years. We visited the store, it was like pulling teeth to get questions answered, only had a Italian or french shelter half, no American military tents, no boots to try on , so to make a long story short, I had three hundred dollars in my pocket they got 56 dollars of it , I would of spent all of it if they had merchandise to sell, travel to North Conway NH, much better store , the army barracks,

We're sorry you feel that way. However, we did indeed answer all of your questions when asked. You didn't know the name of what you were looking for so we were trying to play a guessing game. We try to help people as much as we can, but we can't read minds. We used to have boots in the shop yes, but we decided to fill the area with our paracord because of the limited space, we couldn't fill every size, every style. Purchased some gear at a great price and was blown away by the quality and fit. Definitely got me for repeat business!
Purchased a backpack online in a specific color referring to an image they had shown on their website and a different color arrives then what was shown. Customer service was not willing to help me out, wanted me to pay a 15% re-stocking fee, and not reimburse me for my shipping expenses. Extremely disappointed.
