Great experience at the army navy store!! Kind of knew what I was looking for but not at sure how to explain it but the young lady that worked there knew exactly what I was talking about extremely knowledgeable of the product and I got the most awesomeness gift that is going The best. However I can't tell it's a secret!! I definitely know where to shop when shopping for this certain person's unique taste! TY to the staff for helping
Very crappy online experience. I had ordered a 4 piece Miltary sleeping bag system that was "in stock". After almost a month, I received an email that it had shipped. Apparently, "in stock" means that they had to get it from California... When I received it, it wasn't even what was on the description! It was 2 sleeping bags in 2 different carrying bags!!! Vermont's Barre Army Navy Store is hands down the best camping and army surplus store around. They are so passionate about what they sell and can answer questions about all of the numerous products they sell and really help you get the best product that works for you. Their pricing is also quite incredible.
I order everything online anymore. Unfortunately returns happen. In order to return an item they charge a 15% restocking fee and I pay for the shipping back to them. Perhaps I'm just spoiled that most places don't do this any longer. With so many options, sorry to say I would have to think twice before ordering again.
Worst. Customer Service. Ever!
