Love this place! Great instructors, wonderful friends. Classes are amazing. There’s always an option no matter your level of experience.
My favorite workout spot!
I just started taking barre classes here last week, and it has been so much fun! It is such an amazing laid back environment while also getting an awesome workout in. Every instructor I met has been fantastic, and you can tell is just happy you are there! If you are already a fitness person or trying to find a new place to get back into working out I highlight recommend coming here!
This is my vibe, my family, my church, my place!
