Management let's everyone do whatever they want, this place is an absolute zoo
Pros: Jose was a great manager and the apartment was great for the size and price ($750). It was a great starter apartment. Cons: The neighbors were extremely ghetto and constantly sitting on the steps . The children would play near the parking and scratch up the cars . The kids would steal anything you put outside your door (including a doormat )There was always fighting . The gun violence was ridiculous !. And there was a terrible rodent problem .
2br 2bath for $850. Monthly lease. Great spot. Nice and quite. And the gates keeps your apt safe. Mrg was kind and easy going.
