Called to get a quote on storage units, could hear a man yelling in the background berating me over and over for calling at 7:45pm despite the opening hours being listed as open until 8pm. This continued throughout the call and was still happening as I ended the call with the lady. Incredibly unprofessional, rude and confrontational. Not a good start to an already stressful situation for myself and I would not feel comfortable storing my items with people who think speaking to potential customers like shit is okay.
