Well, after he said he was coming, then forgot. Then the next day said he was on his way, then turned around and went back to Abilene because he stated Happy Valley was too far. Now I wasted three days for someone to clean the pool. I can't recommend a non-professional. We would have paid his fuel and extra mileage.
They were great the 1st time I used them. This time was not so great. Always went to voice mail. Texted and said they would be by between 1-3. No show/no call. Followed up because I try to be understanding. Call went to voice mail again. Ended up using a different service.
HORRIBLE!!!!! NOT RELIABLE!!!!! JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!! Stay clear of this pool business!!!!!!!
Had a bit of a rough situation with another company's poor installation of our SWG and Barracuda stepped up to fulfill the warranty. Appreciated the knowledge and input from Mitch and Zack- thanks!
Non responsive. They lack accountability. I was charged for services that were never performed. Which lead to issues with key components of my salt water pool. When finally speaking with the owner, he denied any accountability, yelled at me for having someone else look into the situation and not trusting him. He then cancelled service ( good riddance) before hanging up in my face. They owe me for services never rendered, but I paid for and my gate key back.
