We have been using their service since November 2016 when we moved in. We too had to have a pool cleaner head repaired, the owner came out took it had it repaired and returned to us within a few days. They come out once a week to service our pool, are always friendly and do backwashes and provide chemicals in their semi-low monthly fee. Whenever I had a question via email always got a response right away. I would recommend this family owned company for pool cleaning and servicing.

Barracuda provided warranty work about a year and a half ago for a motor that had failed. First off, it took almost two weeks to get it installed, so my pool had turned green and had to kill the algae and clean the filter a couple times. With that though, the motor seemed to be working fine, until about 3 days ago when it suddenly went out.
