Barra Solar Power were knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting us with our initial requirements. Their communications with us were professional, providing detailed information and the quote was very competitive. Up date I have redone my recommendation because at the time they were extremely helpful and great. I was offered to have my inverter changed to see if that helped but unfortunately, have been extremely ill, in and out of hospital 16 times, and not been able to get back to them until now. I messaged to see if this was still available and it's been taken off the table, but worse I have had to chase them and took about 3 weeks to get an answer from them. From the start the people at Barra Solar were polite, professional & understanding. They weren't pushing any agenda and were very accommodating while we were exploring different options. Jody kept us updated & in the loop prior to the install. On the day of the install, the team was very professional and finished the job quickly. We even had a visit a week after to check everything was working as it should. If I had to do another install, hands down I'd be calling Barra Solar.
Where great to deal with from initial contact and quote, talking through our exact needs and requirements, through to the install. Had a minor issue and they sent out an electrician to rectify it the very next morning. Would highly recommend and I love that they are a local Townsville business
We are extremely happy with our new solar & battery system from Barra. Matt was great to deal with, always kept in constant communication with us throughout the process.
