Chris and Stephan Barr have been so professional to work with. I live out of state and brought my mother to live with me. So I had to sell her home. We used Barr Auction service to sell my father-in-law's home. The home had not been updated since it was built and had some repair needs. The yard and dock area on the lake had also gotten overgrown. The Barrs were great to work with. They advised us on our options whether to list it or auction it. We went with the absolute auction of the home only.
