Reggie made my first solo experience buying car insurance as painless as possible. He walked me through the whole process, showing me what the various options and costs were, and explaining those options so I could have an understanding of what I was getting. Since then, he's been in contact several times, to ensure that I had received all the documents that I was waiting for and that the completion of the process had gone smoothly.

I had a relationship with a insurance company for years then I met the guys at Coastal and allowed them to shop my home and auto around. I was blown away that they were able to up my car coverage and keep my home coverage the same all while saving me a little over $500 a year. 🤔 Needless to say I went with Coastal and the best part is the customer service as they always return my calls and I’m today’s world being accountable is a rare business practice
