Going Downhill – I've been going to Eye Associates Northwest for over ten years. In the beginning, they were great. The receptionists were friendly and the Dr. Waltman was extremely helpful. Recently, however, things have gone DOWNhill. The receptionists were rude. They don’t greet you, even if you’re standing by them. RUDE SERVICE i just went through the drive thru at sonic and ordered a sprite and the sprite was out of flavor so it was plain soda water. i told the drive thru attendant that it had no syrup and she replied "its a plain sprite." after i explained it was just soda water and told her she should taste it she replied "no. i know where your mouth has been." is that the way to speak to paying customers? that will definately go down as one of the rudest things said to me ever when i am paying for a service. i would give this 0 sta... read more
Going downhill rapidly I used to really like Sonic but lately I have been really disappointed in them. They eliminated the hotdog kids pack. Kids love hotdogs! They don't have sprinkles. What ice cream place doesn't have sprinkles? The last straw was when I saw they were open on Christmas Day.
