I find Dr Barr to be an excellent and caring doctor. Being treated for macular degeneration (approximately 3 years now). He has saved my eyesight from further deterioration.
Most horrible doctor that I ever seen caused my mother to loss her eye because he put a Sclera buckle on to tight and caused her to loss her eye within less than 24 hours
Dr. Barr is an excellent physician. He is not only caring and knowledgeable in his field, but is able to answer questions in a clear and easy to understand manner.
Does not have any tact or sesitivity with patient choose treatment for his economical benefit instead of the real need of the patient
