My new husband and I had our wedding on the Baroness on a beautiful Friday and not only did the boat look absolutely incredible for our wonderful day but Janine and her team were absolutely flawless in their professionalism and grace to provide us with a day we will never forget. Thank you will never be enough for how you all made us feel that day.

I was extremely disappointed in the Brisbane River Fire Cruise this year. My husband and I booked the Baroness last year for the same cruise along the Brisbane River and were extremely happy with the cruise but this year was a complete let down, needless to say we won’t be booking again. Firstly, we were late to anchor in the river missing the jets. I recently contacted Janine at Baroness to ask a number of questions in relation to an event later in the year. Janine's level of knowledge, communication, assistance and her down to earth manner was such a refreshing change. She has a 'nothing is too much trouble' response to customer service - this is commendable, and something I feel we see less and less of these days.
