This is the second time we have used Barone’s Flower Shop, and once again they exceeded our expectations. The first time was when we needed a funeral wreath for my grandfather on very short notice after having a disappointing experience with an online flower delivery service. I’m from Salinas and ordered some flowers for our customer out in Hollister for Mother’s Day, but I realized I made a small error on the message. I left a voicemail, and they returned my call as soon as possible. The woman who called me back at 10:25 AM today (May 11) was absolutely wonderful—really friendly, respectful, and more than willing to help me fix the mistake and make changes to my order. I ordered multiple flower arrangements for an Anniversary Celebration and balloon bouquets and had everything prepaid and scheduled for a delivery time prior to guest arrival. I contacted Barone’s that morning numerous times to confirm and they agreed upon the delivery time. As the time became closer to when guests were to arrive, I tried contacting them numerous times but they refused to answer the phone. Delivery driver clearly does not plan out his day. And has made this a very negative experience for my daughter. I ordered multiple arrangements for my family at the same location. And he decided to deliver them all at different times. I get he his busy for holidays and such. Would it hurt to be proactive and plan your day to be as smooth as possible?
