Had an appraisal by David J. Barone on a property in Robinson Twp PA. He used comps from Mckees Rocks and Ingram showing little knowledge of the area. Even on the comps in the area adjustments made were inadequate and the overall evaluation was significantly off. I submitted a Reconsideration of Value Form per their process providing better comps and more accurate adjustments.
