Note that Barone Bros is by appointment only, so be sure to call ahead. I had a set of 8 crystal coupes that belonged to my grandmother and I wanted to gift them to my cousin, her great grandson, for his wedding. Two of them had chips in the rim so I took them to Giovanni (such a nice guy!) for repair. Got them back within two weeks, they are a little shorter then the rest of the set now (obviously, because to get rid of the chips, they needed to be ground down), but looking good and still usable.
They carry fine glass and are very good engravers. I highly recommend them, and have been using them over the years.
