Luke Kaltreider was extremely prompt and thorough. His organizational and people skills were obvious in our business interaction. I am glad that I was able to switch to have him as my agent and Baron as our agency. The binder and print outs were a nice touch too! I highly recommend both Luke and Baron.
Fantastic Customer Service and a wonderful staff. No matter if I call or email, they would get back to me right away and I would have results within 24 hrs. Even recently with my son buying a Truck in Montana, they took care of things faster than even the banks did. Baron insurance also supports and gives back to their Manheim Community. Most people "cringe" at the word "Insurance" and have a lack of trust....you CAN trust b.i.g.
as you know I recently had my first accident and I was extremely pleased with how I was treated by everyone at your office and with Erie in general.....I received my check for my car which was totaled in a few days and was able to purchase another one quickly. everyone was so concerned for my wellbeing and very courteous to work with.
