While I have heard nothing but good things about Baron collision I was disappointed with my experience. My repair was estimated at 6 days but took 17 days, the car was full of dust from the sanding when I got it back, someone had scratched the side of the car, opposite the side that was repaired (which they fixed) and during all of this I was not once contacted by Baron during the process, I had to call every few days to keep things moving and find out when the repair was complete. The actual repair work looks good.
I would highly recommend them. Chris went above and beyond with the customer service he gave us. They did a fantastic job fixing my daughters car.
The did a wonderful job and were so accommodating to my hectic work schedule
Once again and as always Baron Collision Center did a fantastic job on my 200.
Great Customer Service and high quality. I will confidently use their services again.
