I was a little disappointed with my services this time. The tires ordered for my vehicle were the wrong size and it took a few days to get the correct ones, during most of that time I was in a rental that I paid for. I feel BMW should have given me a loaner sooner than they did. It was hard contacting my service provider to get a status on my vehicle. I have always had excellent service from Baron BMW and I hope my next visit is better than this one.
I needed a replacement gas cap for my wife's 3 series and they had it in stock. The parts guy was super cool and answered a ton of questions I had. High recommended for BMW owners.
