PROBABLY THE WORST $30 STEAK I HAVE EVER HAD. ASKED FOR MEDIUM GOT BURNT. SHRIMP WAS HORRIBLE TOO, NO FLAVOR. ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE WAITERS AND WAITRESSES. BETTER OFF GOING TO FAST FOOD AROUND THE AREA. SORRY. BUT SUCKS WHEN U PAY $30 FOR A WELL DONE STEAK.
I just had to wait half an hour for a moderately warm over seasoned burger and cold chewy fries. I wouldn't mind paying resort prices if the food was higher quality.
Unfortunately really bad experience here, it was our first time coming to the Great wolf Lodge, we where seated and waited 45 minute and no server came not even for the drink order. We sat and saw as the two servers walked past and took a new tables order. When I asked the bar people who where the only ones in the front if anyone would come she gave a rude face and said "mm well I don't know just wait I'll see if anyone can go", didn't wanna wait any longer we up and left to something else open outside the lodge. EAT BEFORE YOU CHECK IN OR EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE! The service was awful. There were literally two other tables and it took forever. Food was expensive and gross. My better instincts told me not to eat at the hotel but convenience regrettably won out.
The pizza at Great Wold Lodge is the worst pizza Inhave ever had. Crust literally falling apart. Burnt cheese. No toppings. Wasted $25.
