Can’t do a simple alignment in one day if you don’t want customers just tell them you can’t do it. Asked the dolt at the desk if it wouldn’t be done today to please call me. I understand you have no staff and your machine is junk. All you had to do was call me and I would have went someplace else. Instead the van sat all day for nothing. You screwed me for the 3rd time. Do not recommend !!!
Had a 1 pm appt for an oil change and to fix a leaky tire. Took 2.5 hours. Won’t be back.
