Outside looks run down but the apartments look pretty nice
I lived here for about a year with my husband. Overall it was not a bad experience. Fox brothers got me my security deposit back and worked with me. The apartments are really not that bad for the price. The hall ways are deceiving but that's about it lol. Cats are allowed, Dogs are allowed however the dogs do require a pet deposit. I honestly miss living here :,), Also, there's rumors of bed bugs and roaches?? Not once have I EVER seen them at barnswallow. I have lived here a pretty long time. I love the management. Past tenents have taken advantage, and , in some respect, most of us fall short. Since the new owners took over, fox bros properties, I've watched them hire the best help around, in their effort to renovate these apartments, and to mow the place and keep it plowed in winter. Plus trash control and heat. You pay electric and rent. If you meet them you will know what I mean. They will probably be working as they are talking
