Horrible customer service .... I walked in and sat down waited 25 minutes for anybody to even acknowledge me in the restaurant. I told the hostess I was going to leave and they could have cared less that I had received bad customer service. I didn't even get a chance to eat my meal very very poor customer service
In town celebrating our 28th anniversary,ate here yesterday. Great food. Best mac and cheese. My husband and I were seated quickly. Service and food were exceptional. Will definitely be referring friends and family.
We usually come here every year but let me tell u wether under new ownership or management this is the worst meal I have ever had and the worst service. Had to get my own menu and oh had to go get more refills as we never saw our waitress. Then after 1 hr and 20 min finally got our meal to only have to send it back because they overcooked my primerib, and everything was cold. Sooo disappointed. Won't do this again.
Food tastes great however the "16 oz " prime rib more realistically is about a 8/10oz prime rib. Also pretty sure most of the wait staff was stoned out of there minds
baby back ribs are like leather, beans tasted like campells baked beans, brisket was shredded not thinly sliced and smothered in bbg sauce.. waited 20 mins. just to get drinks and the place was empty, lastly the specials price and the price on the bill was 5.00 off on the full rack of baby back ribs and the apps were also priced wrong. i didn't say anything because once she asked how the food was and i told her she never came back and some kid finished serving us.. , i've been on a hunt for the best baby back ribs in the nat... read more
The place is beautiful and the food was great. Will def return.
