Great food we had reservations and we walk right in in the middle of dinner rush

Just left the restaurant, it started by the hostess telling us she had no idea how long the wait is, didn’t t even offer for us to see if we wanted to wait. At least another nicer hostess told us she would look for us. The service was TERRIBLE, the food was below average at best, maybe we are just spoiled with the amazing BBQ places from where we are from. The brisket cut like it was a piece of leather, the meat from the ribs took a fork and knife to cut it off the bone, the 1/2 chicken was so dry I had to spit it out.

We were very disappointed to find that the total was over $11 more on 3 items than prices were listed online
Always disappointed with their ribs. Maybe it’s just bad luck but each time I order ribs they are not up to par - often I get the impression that they have been sitting around somewhere for a long time or maybe taken out of the fridge and re-heated. Once I ordered a half rack of baby back and the bones were so thick with hardly any meat around it. Went there on August 1, 2019 and my “baby back” ribs were absolutely SLATHERED in BBQ sauce. What gives? Above all I did not enjoy my supper one bit.
