Terri and her office are supposed to be open on Friday's until 1pm for walk-in appointments only (so you cannot schedule an appointment.) The last two Friday's I attempted to go up there to see her, the office was closed. No sign on the door explaining anything...just closed. Also, I've made numerous phone calls up there to schedule an appointment for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday and no one has picked up once. I leave a message and no one has called back.
