We had a fantastic experience working with Mike, Lela, and their son. After a stressful situation with a previous contractor, they truly went above and beyond to help us get our new HVAC system installed properly. Wow!! They are amazing!!! They promptly came and looked at/fixed an A/C problem I was having. So impressed!! Highly recommend!!
I wish I could give them 10 stars!! My mom's AC went out when the temperature hit 116. I figured there was no way anyone would be available but Mike called my husband back within the hour and was at my mom's house within 2 hours! He quickly diagnosed the issue and then showed my husband how to set it up so that my mom could use her AC until he ordered the part. Mike showed up after 5pm when our AC stopped working - our home warranty couldn't get anyone out until the next day "sometime". It was the first really hot day this year - outside was over 100 degrees, and when I got home at 4:30, the main floor inside was 85, upstairs was 95. He had our system back up and running in minutes.
