I wish I could give them 10 stars!! My mom's AC went out when the temperature hit 116. I figured there was no way anyone would be available but Mike called my husband back within the hour and was at my mom's house within 2 hours! He quickly diagnosed the issue and then showed my husband how to set it up so that my mom could use her AC until he ordered the part. Mike showed up after 5pm when our AC stopped working - our home warranty couldn't get anyone out until the next day "sometime". It was the first really hot day this year - outside was over 100 degrees, and when I got home at 4:30, the main floor inside was 85, upstairs was 95. He had our system back up and running in minutes. He was knowledgeable and educated us about our NEW AC system (that another company installed). Gave us a ton of info to help us get the most out of our system, and answered all the questions we had. Excellent service and quick turn around. I really appreciate their honest answers, excellent work, explaining then showing what needs to be fixed and never adds on more work to the quote than what needs to be done. They make the AC repair / maintenance process easy and take great care of their customers.
