The office staff ( Cindy) was very unprofessional and totally uncaring about my situation. I called her two days in a row and she gave me the runaround both times. I simply wanted to get a consultation with Dr. Barnsgrover to discuss my pain treatments I'm receiving at another pain clinic just to get a second opinion since I'm still in a lot of pain.
