Called in advance for a simple tow/diagnoses on a broken engine, as well as getting formal mechanics note to save my girlfriends job, I was told they weren’t “interested in helping us”despite us having the money, if I could rate the establishment zero stars I would.
I was traveling through the area on 12/18/24. My van started giving me issues and warning lights were all on. This is the second place I called. I was very upset as I was traveling from Arkansas to Iowa trying to make it to a funeral. They couldn't work me in to check out my vehicle. It was an emergency situation but they were rude and not willing to help.
Honestly. I wouldn't even give one star they keep saying they are fixing my strut but don't.
