At first they was very nice, sweet, and helpful. I have been with them a year now, and the communicate has gotten worse. Idk if new people is being hired there, but the customer service is now lacking. They have some nasty rude representatives that don’t really care about you or your medication. They don’t call you to confirm or verify anything unless you do.
