I have purchased furniture here twice...and twice it has fallen apart. Buyer beware!!!!
I did buy the 5 year insurance and was told that the chair would be replaced if anything went wrong. After 15 months a piece broke off the foot rest part of my recliner. I called the store and was forwarded to the insurer. After sending the insurer pictures and filled out all the required paper work I got an email that the frame was not covered! I was very surprised and upset because it was a 450 00 chair! I called the store and explained what the insurance company said and Barney's immediately sent out a repairman at no cha... read more

Beware if you buy furniture from here and make sure you read the entire "insurance" contract, fine print and all. The "insurance" only covers cigarette burns, nail polish stains and such it DOES NOT cover the junk furniture breaking! So unless you plan on letting your kids spill nail polish or someone burn holes in your furniture, save your money! I will NEVER do business here again! A very expensive lesson learned!
