This very rude sales woman first off lied about clearance mattresses then all of a sudden she had some in the clearance room. I'm not shopping for a high end mattress it's for a guest bedroom. I'm also not a shopper that walks in to the first store and buys the first thing I see. So I will not be returning to your store because of this sales woman that didn't even tell me her name. Oh and upon leaving your store she couldn't say a have a good day or anything just sat in a chair.
The lady who helped me, whose name I can't remember was extremely pushy and kissed my ass to the point of it being very, very annoying. I felt rushed and like I was being judged by every associate in the store. I kept telling her I wanted a long wide couch because I have friends over a lot so the couch is an extra bed. She kept showing me these small love seats that no one, unless you were very skinny and short, could sleep on comfortably. A big shout out to Laura , my sales lady for working through MOSTi of the problem I was having. That being said, their ridiculous policy of not selling me a floor model chair and making me wait up to six weeks for one from the factory is ridiculous! They have a "policy" that nothing goes off the floor until a new one comes from the manufacturer to replace it. Absurd! I'll get my sofa ahead of time to Laura's efforts, but it sure would be nice to get the chair at the same time. They would rather have a chair on the sales floo... read more
This place is bs my mom bought a chair there n the seams keep tearing now they don't want to do their job because they think a dog did it because they seen dog hair on the chair BTW the dogs aren't allowed on it and where there is tears its impossible for a dog to do it I don't recommend this place at all and the manager is rude as hell horrible establishment.
So have a couch delivered and one of the mechanics of the couch doesn't work. Call the store to inform them and said don't know what to tell you. Have to call service tomorrow. Asked to speak to manager and the employee said nope I'm going home I'm the last one here and hung up on me! Are you kidding me?!?!? Now the store is closed. What a joke of a place. If you treat your customers like this, your company will fail. They can take it back for all I care
If I could give a 0 star rating I would! I was in the store last Saturday looking for a dinning set for my new home that I purchased. Immediately upon walking in the door I was greeted by a sales man named Brian. He walked me over to a set that was priced at $2888. Said the best he could do is $1800. Well that was way over my budget and he then showed me another set that was about the same amount. He asked me what I was willing to pay and I asked him what his bottom line was. DO NOT buy furniture from Barneys! The quality of furniture is horrible and the customer service is extremely poor! We bought a Lane leather sectional and it started cracking and peeling in 3 1/2 years!
