About

Barneys Beanery has its roots as a hip and progressive bar. It was opened in 1920, and, within years, became favorite spots for celebrities such as Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix. Quentin Tarantino also enjoyed Barneys, and the owners are often proud to point out his favorite booth, where he wrote the majority of his famous movie, Pulp Fiction. Special events are on going at this bar, so be sure to check out the website for events that may be featuring the next innovative artist.

This is our go to date night spot. There is everything you can think of on the menu and it's always been good. The atmosphere is lots of fun with celebrity photos on the tables, a huge screen tv with bean bag chairs, pool table, trivia nights, license plates on the walls. Plus, they bring s fire to your table so you can make your own s'mores.

A good place to grab a drink with friends. They have indoor and patio seating available. You can also sit in the projector area and play the wii with friends. The food however is not good. It is just average bar food that is not worth the cost.

Burbank's House of Fun! – Regardless of the time of the day, there is always something fun to do at Barney's. I am a big fan of the Pasadena location, but it was a little too far for me, so I didn’t get to go often. Now that they have opened a location in Burbank I find myself making excuses just to get together! Barney's is not just a bar/restaurant, but an experience. You can go and watch a movie, or your favorite teams play against your worst enemies. There are pool tables (which I have never used, because there is so much more to do), and a million flat screen/high definition TVs playing anything you can possibly want to watch (sports) all at the same time! There is a lounge for games, such as; guitar hero, etc. A theatre like area with a huge TV projector (makes you feel like you are in the movies or a concert). This place is great to go alone or with friends. I highly recommend it to everyone! :-D

Citysearch Editorial Review – The Burbank outpost of this beer-slinging chain doesn't stray from the laidback vibe and old-school scene of its other locations. Karaoke nights meld with bottomless mimosa days, as folks treat themselves to comforty grub from its famed mega menu. At breakfast time, everything from Belgian waffles and chorizo with eggs to breakfast burritos and Cajun shrimp Benedict are served. When lunchtime and dinner hits, a smorgasbord of food like spicy chicken wings, irish nachos, chili, barbecue burgers and pot roasts are gobbled up. To accompany the vast array of food, over 150 different types of bottled beer are available.

Great for Watching Games This is the same Barneys Beanery you may know from West Hollywood and other places. The Burbank location has a good-sized LCD monitor at each table so every party can watch what they want. There is also a large "stadium seating" area where you sit in stadium seats and watch a large screen (projector). There is also a nice lounge area that also has a large projector screen. This place is a lot of fun and definitely is a lot more focused on watching the big game than playing pool and such.
