I live in Las Vegas and BT has the worst drivers I've ever encountered. Always in the fast lane, always holding up track. The drivers will flip you off and try to fight you. I drove commercially for 10 years and we had BT as a 3rd party contractor in wyoming and they sucked then as well. Management from the top down have to incompetent. Do better! Hire real management that will hold driver's accountable for disrupting the public.
