Dave Barney and his dad are crooks. I bought a house that they owned and it had water damaged joists and floors and they said they would fix it. This was 8 years ago but I'm finally having to deal with $10000+ in repairs. I used to call all the time but got busy with work but they blew me off anyway. I wouldn't recommend them for anything. And I hope they see this and remember. They are the cheap used car salesman of the housing market. I would give them no stars if I could.
