These guys helped me out on a 4000 mile road trip when my CV axel blew. It was a weekend and the shop was closed but I was able to get in contact with the owner and he was gracious to fit me in for Monday morning. He not only repaired the CV axle but also realigned the drive shaft (that was improperly installed causing vibrations) and replaced a warn out ujoint. Jentry was awesome to work with, he's very knowledgeable and treats your vehicle like it was his own. He replaced my stock bushing with an ECGS clamshell bushing and also found that my Baja Boss tires had been mounted backwards, which was the cause of the vibration in my steering wheel. Would highly recommend him as well as Chris, who was kind and easy to communicate with.
My front bumber was damaged while I was on a road trip and these guys were able to hope on and get it pinned up on short notice. Now I can get back home without being stranded at a hotel waiting for a new part. What’s even more impressive was that they did it for me free of charge. I would give more stars if I could!!!
There are several reasons for the 5 stars I gave. First, they actually answer their phone (several places I called did not) and their customer service is wonderful! Chris got right on writing up an estimate with a break down of all the costs and emailed it to me for my review. The repairs were labor intensive due to having to remove many engine components to get to the area needing the repair. They made sure everything was done right before I picked up my car. Absolutely the best shop in town. I brought them my truck after my dealer messed up several times doing something that should have been simple but refused to do the research and take the time to do right. Bo the mechanic was/is extremely professional and knowledgeable, he pointed out what was wrong instantly and came up with a game plan to get me back on the road again safely.
