5 days still waiting on oil or a callback. They got my money but not even having an emergency of no oil provides some comfort and empathy. Worst customer service and let's see how long to get my money back
This was my first time working with Barney Barker Oil, I called to schedule a heating oil delivery to my home. The person I talked with told me the oil would be delivered the next day. I waited the next day and no oil delivery. I called back to confirm if I was on the list for deliveries and was told I was. Day three came about and still no oil delivered. Great customer service, Tom is so nice! I ran out of oil and they came same day and restarted furnace and got me going. Little pricey but what can you do when you need heat. They were at my house within 2 hours from the call. Really nice people and prompt service. Thank you

I've used this family owned company for years. I first met the son Mike at 7-11 in Newington when we just moved into town and he over heard us my wife and i talking to another guy about oil service, Mike came over and gave me a card and said, don't worry we'll take care of you and if the new house needs any service call us.
