My elderly family member had three branches fall from a tree during a storm. The branches were decent size but not enormous. Barnett’s was called to come look at the tree to see if the entire thing needed taken down because elderly family member was worried it might fall on his house. Barnett’s told him it was a healthy tree, which I had already told him which was nice they were honest about that. However, my family member hired them to clean up the three branches that had fallen. THEY CAME THE DAY THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING OUT THE DEAD ON 2 BIG TREES AND TRIMMING THEM. THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA. THE NEIGHBORS ARE GOING TO CALL THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR NICE WORK
I had known Jim and Syd Barnett from years ago and found him a hard worker and dependable so called for an estimate. He did not show; when I called to find out what happened, I was told there had been an equipment problem so I made another appointment, asking Syd to call if he could not come as for the second time, I was canceling a commitment. Barnetts was in contact with our neighbor to have a tree removed. They decided to come onto our property and move our stuff around with no authorization from us prior too. Then caused damage to our garage and advised that they would pay for the damage. This was in december that the tree was removed and we agree in Janaury on the amount and still no payment to get our garage fixed. The BBB will be contacted as well. This is not great customer service.
Awesome crew. Delicate job working around all my landscaping. Highly satisfied!!!!
Did not do the job when they said they would. Poor customer service.
