Barnett’s is awesome! They have installed three systems in three different houses for us. Each time they have been kind, professional, and done an amazing job. Mike, Shawn, and the boys are amazing if you need a new system or just general maintenance, do not hesitate to give these guys a call!
I have used a few AC repair companies throughout the last 3 years. My unit has had issue keeping up with the heat for a while now. Last year it was manageable but this year it was not. It was 82 in my house a few days ago and there was no signs of that getting better. The last 2 techs who came out (I wont share the companies) said that my refrigerant levels were good and that I most likely had a faulty valve. We had been having Heat Pump issues, our heat pump struggled to cool and had a lack of cold air output. I did a google search, found Barrnet's Heating & Air and made a call. They were out the very next morning and servicing our heat pump. The gentleman was very professional, he kept me informed every step of the way, and took the time to answer questions. Can't say enough good things about Barnett's! They do excellent work, are good at communication, and they guarantee their work. We had trouble with one of the components of what they installed (a factory problem) and they replaced it with no fuss and no charge.
