Buyer beware. Read reviews from actual homeowners across the nation. All you have to do is Google shoddy Dr horton construction and a lot comes up. A LOT of regretful purchasers in marana and Tucson and for good reason. I wish I listened to my gut and all the negativity online. Nothing short of a nightmare.check out reviews from their Tucson division office for some experiences here.
