The upstairs bedrooms in our house were sweltering while the downstairs stayed cool. The technician inspected the system and found the attic insulation had shifted, blocking one of the main ducts. He fixed the blockage, resealed the duct, and adjusted the dampers to improve airflow. Now every room is the same comfortable temperature. He also gave me tips on keeping the system efficient year-round. I was impressed with how he not only fixed the immediate problem but also looked for ways to improve the overall system.
