I brought my car in because there was a 'squeak' noise coming from the rear of my car. They charged me a diagnostic fee and said there was build up in my brakes which was causing the noise, so they cleaned them but ALSO found a leak in one of the axels at the same appt (covered by warranty). The very next day the squeak noise was present in which I notified them right away. They told me to wait to for the axel to get fixed to see if that was the issue. Buyer beware. Drove a brand new Kia Telluride off the lot and within 24 hours there were wire harness issues impacting the ability to shift. Undriveable. Barnett Kia did not do anything to compensate or support me. Find a dealer with a return policy and do not buy from Barnett.
