very caring, responsible, and open doctor
I made an appointment on a Saturday at 10AM. When I arrived the woman behind the desk informed me it would be an hour wait at least. What is the point in making an appointment if you have to wait over an hour. Very bad experience. Very unorganized office. I do not know what the problem was, but it was definitely unacceptable. I drove over half an hour to get there, to not be seen at all. Very unprofessional.
