Took my Jeep in for a rattle. They kept the vehicle for two days and couldn’t find anything. I was charged for “diagnostics “. Took it to a trusted independent repair shop for brakes unrelated to other issue and they found the problem in 10 min. Without knowing about it. Contacted Bartlett, a Jeep / Chrysler for a refund of my “diagnostics “ charge and they refused . Seems like a Jeep / Chrysler dealership would know their products better. Very disappointed.
